Some banks are displaying the pre-authorization as a separate entry in your bank statement. You can easily identify them as they are usually returned to you right away or displayed as pending. Pre-authorization holds are cancelled at the end of the booking and returned to you within a period set by your credit card provider. Go to the pre-authorization questions for more information.
