I Have Been Charged But The Booking Creation Failed

Make sure the amount displayed on your banking statement is actually charged. If the amount is still pending, it can mean that it is the pre-authorisation. Pre-authorisations are held before the booking creation in order to validate your banking information and funds. In the case where the booking creation failed, the hold is cancelled immediately and returned to you within a period set by your credit card provider.
